The Cure of constipation

Ok, About 2 years ago I had awful constipation. I have always been the smallest person in my graduating classes growing up. But towards the end of college I started weight training and wasn't watching my diet. Needless to say I got so constipated that I couldn't go for weeks. This was some of the worst pain ever. I got up to 190 lbs which was way over weight for me.So what did I do that worked? I tried many things. The only proven thing that worked for me was to eat a totally different diet. Lots of fruit, lots of vegetables, and I had to cut out almost 99% of the junk food. I also took psyllium husk mixed with blackstrap molasses. This expands in your stomach and literally scrubs your intestines. You should start with changing your diet first to unclog yourself. Once your unclogged you should scrub your intestines. You will get some really smelly gas from this. You will also get some really smelly poop from this that looks very black and old. This is because you likely have stuff stuck to your intestines. This method works but takes time. Its the only thing that worked for me and I tried everything. I do not recommend taking the psyllium husk while your constipated because it will just further your constipation (I found this out). You need to have a few bowel movements first before you start this.

Constipation disappeared!

My constipation mysteriously disappeared!
I've had chronic constipation for my entire life. Normally I only have 1-2 bowel movements a week, but I never had cramps only an uncomfortably full feeling. But for the past week I've had a bowel movement every single day! This has never happened to me before. My diet has remained the same, I haven't changed my exercise plan and I've been drinking just as much water as I always have been. I don't think I've been any more stressed than usual, either. Any idea how I'm finally able to go every day after years of constipation? I really am curious, because whatever it is, I want to continue doing it because I feel great. I can't get over how light I feel and how comfortable my jeans are.I am a little concerned, however, because I've been having some lower abdominal soreness all week. It isn't so much cramping as it is just a constant sore feeling, like I've been doing sit ups all day. Could something be wrong?

Magnesium for constipation

Hey guys. I am a 21 year old male who has had problems with constipation for around 2 years now. MY doctor thinks it may be related to a condition called an anismus. BAsically my butt muscles all contract at the same time, which is bad. WHat I have been doing is using a rip off of oxypowder cal mnag 07 every night now. It is the only thing that allows me to use the bathroom without difficulty in the morning.MY qustion is, instead of taking one large dose at night, would it be better to spread it out between 2-3 doses during the day? WOuld this help me go more frequently during the day? That would be so amazing! I know it attracts water into the intestine so it is non habit forming and my doc OK'd it.....
I have tried, I'd say, about 10 things in the past 4 years to get me regular and take solid dumps. I eat pretty well, but I always have this full and uneasy feeling after using the restroom. I think I have had constipation and I never feel that "ahhhhhhhhh" satisfied feeling after using the restroom, just discomfort and annoyance. I've tried mineral oil, pills, psyllium husk, fiber, and various other variations of the sort. I ordered online the Dr max Powers 15 Day Cleanse, and popped 2 pills in. Let me tell you something. I was laying down and I had this automatic feeling that came ovr me to go and use the restroom and I took one of those dumps where you feel damn good. No backup and honestly I feel happy that I did. It's been a good while since I've taken a dump like that. I highly recommend this 15 Day Cleanse for anyone who is frustrated and lives on a day to day basis with that backed-up feeling. Purchase these. And they're natural. I wish you could post pics on this thing, but that would be gross and funny. But at least it could make all of you believers.
I never heard of your condition so my tips would be for normal health or eating habits. I too struggled with constipation and following the plan I have on my blog worked for me. I researched so much to finally find a combination of Gluten Free eating, lots of water and probably more fruits and vegetables than you would think. The tips are mostly healthy eating advice and recipes. Talk to your doctor to make sure what you are doing is fine. I also take Magnesium, about 100o mg per day. I was spending too much money at first to stop constipation and learned so many things I can just do naturally. My smoothies are one of the best solutions for me because they are packed with so much fiber and so delicious too. I drink them almost daily. Here is one of my Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipes, it is so good: http://constipationblog.blogspot.ca/

In Ayurveda they recommend oil enamas. You may try that. About 50ml of oil I believe. Lubricates the colon.Otherwise, your stools may just be too dry. I was severely constipated until I caught how dry foods (e.g. dried fruit, popcorn, etc.) drying up my stools. How much water do you drink a day?AnnDr. Mauro's free course on avoiding constipation.

My family talks about EVERYTHING, and one day my grandmother was talking about a new med her doc put her on for her constipation called Amitiza. I called my doctor ASAP because I've tried another drug, but I was tired of always having to stop it after a few months. I have tried everything from Senna to Miolax to Zelnorm to over the counter laxitives ... blah blah blah. 5 months ater I'm still on Amitiza and it's still working!
