Magnesium for constipation

Hey guys. I am a 21 year old male who has had problems with constipation for around 2 years now. MY doctor thinks it may be related to a condition called an anismus. BAsically my butt muscles all contract at the same time, which is bad. WHat I have been doing is using a rip off of oxypowder cal mnag 07 every night now. It is the only thing that allows me to use the bathroom without difficulty in the morning.MY qustion is, instead of taking one large dose at night, would it be better to spread it out between 2-3 doses during the day? WOuld this help me go more frequently during the day? That would be so amazing! I know it attracts water into the intestine so it is non habit forming and my doc OK'd it.....
I have tried, I'd say, about 10 things in the past 4 years to get me regular and take solid dumps. I eat pretty well, but I always have this full and uneasy feeling after using the restroom. I think I have had constipation and I never feel that "ahhhhhhhhh" satisfied feeling after using the restroom, just discomfort and annoyance. I've tried mineral oil, pills, psyllium husk, fiber, and various other variations of the sort. I ordered online the Dr max Powers 15 Day Cleanse, and popped 2 pills in. Let me tell you something. I was laying down and I had this automatic feeling that came ovr me to go and use the restroom and I took one of those dumps where you feel damn good. No backup and honestly I feel happy that I did. It's been a good while since I've taken a dump like that. I highly recommend this 15 Day Cleanse for anyone who is frustrated and lives on a day to day basis with that backed-up feeling. Purchase these. And they're natural. I wish you could post pics on this thing, but that would be gross and funny. But at least it could make all of you believers.
I never heard of your condition so my tips would be for normal health or eating habits. I too struggled with constipation and following the plan I have on my blog worked for me. I researched so much to finally find a combination of Gluten Free eating, lots of water and probably more fruits and vegetables than you would think. The tips are mostly healthy eating advice and recipes. Talk to your doctor to make sure what you are doing is fine. I also take Magnesium, about 100o mg per day. I was spending too much money at first to stop constipation and learned so many things I can just do naturally. My smoothies are one of the best solutions for me because they are packed with so much fiber and so delicious too. I drink them almost daily. Here is one of my Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipes, it is so good: http://constipationblog.blogspot.ca/
