Cause constipation synephrine and phenylethlamine ?

Can synephrine and phenylethlamine cause constipation?

I take an appetite suppressant that contains synephrine and phenylethlamine. Can they cause constipation?
Synephrine has become an alternative to ephedra. It's derived primarily from bitter orange, sour orange, and zhi shi. Many over-the-counter products contain Synephrine, and reports have indicated an increased risk of ischemic stroke, increased blood pressure, and heart attacks with these products. Side effects can include increased heart rate, sweating, insomnia, restlessness, headache, and dry mouth. Phenylethlamine acts a stimulant and has been known to be the body's endogenous amphetamine. Over-the-counter diet medications should not be taken without consulting a physician.
